Christian Garro, M.Psy, RP

Christian Garro, M.Psy., is the owner and lead Psychotherapist at CG Mental Health and Wellness. With extensive experience at institutions like SickKids Hospital, foster care agencies, and clinical practices, Christian specializes in trauma-informed care, ADHD-focused therapy,  sleep difficulties, interpersonal challenges, and parent-child dynamics. His compassionate and evidence-based approach fosters resilience, emotional attunement, and meaningful growth in all his work with his patients.

  • Certifications: Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Cognitive BEhavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)

What is Therapy?

Who is Therapy for?
